Health Information Management Instructor
POSITION: In School Suspension Monitor
LOCATION: D. Russel Lee Career Technology Center
QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED
• Basic writing skills required
• Experience with special needs population preferred
• Understanding of and interest in working with students
• Course work in Child/Adolescent Development preferred
• Background in adolescent corrections
• Work experience in the field of education at the secondary level preferred
• Willingness/ability to work with students with diverse backgrounds, abilities, behaviors and personalities
• Willingness/ability to work as a team member
• Good organizational skills
• Computer expertise appropriate to the position
• Valid driver's license
• History of good job attendance
• Must pass criminal background check START DATE: As soon as possible
SALARY RANGE: Based upon Board Policy and Master Agreement
WORK YEAR: Three (3) days per week
