Butler Tech’s five-day 911 Emergency Dispatcher Program trains Emergency Service Telecommunicators. These 911 Dispatchers are truly the first voice of help as they receive and process emergency calls in police departments, fire departments, airports or other agencies that require emergency call response. This is a 40-hour course.
