The Construction Management Tech Prep program is design
for students that are interested in a career within the many fields
contained in the Industrial and Engineering Career Cluster. This
eight quarter or four semester program instruction is designed around
the theory that “When you perform a task you will learn the requirements
of the job better that being lectured about how to perform a task.”
Therefore eighty percent of the students’ time is occupied in a professionally
monitored “Hands On” approach to skill enhancement.

- Several types of floorings
- Suspended ceiling
- Oxy/acetylene cutting & welding
- Cutting & welding steel
with electric
Construction Management is offered at Northwest.
This is a Tech
Prep program.
Students choosing the Tech Prep option will face tougher admission requirements and more challenging course work. Eligible students can earn up to 15 credit hours at Dayton or Cincinnati colleges
Student
Organization
As club members, students can develop their leadership skills; compete at local, state and national levels; travel, and have lots of fun! Club activities include officer elections, meetings, fundraisers, service projects and social events. Career-technical student organizations are a wonderful way to build a resume while meeting new friends and having a great time.
