Dear Bioscience Center Students and Families,

A quick reminder that our Primary Health Solutions (PHS) Vaccination & TB Clinic will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the Bioscience Center.

Sign-Up Deadline: Friday, October 9 at 5:00 PM

If your student plans to participate:

1. Check your student’s Butler Tech forms to make sure the required PHS paperwork has been completed.

2. Sign up for exactly what your student needs. PHS will bring vaccines based on our sign-up numbers.

PHS will offer TB testing, flu vaccines, COVID vaccines (if needed), and other needed vaccinations.

TB Reminder: Students receiving the TB test through PHS must be present on Wednesday, October 14 AND Friday, October 16. PHS will return on Friday to read/complete the test.
