Butler Tech invites you to attend the Project SEARCH & Project LIFE Reverse Job Fair on April 17 at 9:30 a.m. at the Butler Tech Public Safety Education Complex.

This event connects employers with motivated job seekers who have been preparing for employment through Butler Tech’s Project SEARCH and Project LIFE programs. These programs support young adults with disabilities in developing workplace skills through internships, hands-on training, and career readiness instruction.

Each candidate participating in the event has:
• Completed structured workplace training and internships
• Developed practical job skills in professional environments
• Built strong work habits, reliability, and independence
• Access to continued support from experienced job coaches and employment specialists

Unlike a traditional job fair, candidates host their own tables and employers circulate through the room to meet them, review portfolios, and learn about their skills and interests.

This format allows you to connect with multiple prepared candidates in one setting and explore potential employment opportunities for your organization.
