Café Lee 2025

Update

Discover Café Lee: Where Culinary Creativity Meets Excellence in 2025!

This spring, make your lunch unforgettable with a visit to Café Lee, located at Butler Tech’s Fairfield Township Campus. Open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Café Lee offers a unique dining experience featuring themed menus crafted entirely by the talented Culinary Arts students. From recipe creation to preparation and service, these young chefs showcase their skills in every detail, including sauces and bread made from scratch.

Each week, the restaurant is led by one or two senior students who oversee the entire operation, supported by their classmates. This hands-on approach highlights the collaborative spirit and professional-level expertise that have earned Butler Tech’s Culinary Arts program a spot among the top 50 programs in the nation.

But Café Lee is just the beginning! Beyond the restaurant, these culinary students:

  • Cater over 60 community events each school year, often volunteering their time during evenings and weekends.
  • Operate the Bistro Bus food truck, serving delicious creations at festivals and events across the region.
  • Compete in prestigious state and national culinary competitions, showcasing their exceptional talents.

Whether you’re in the mood for authentic Irish fare, mouthwatering BBQ, or exotic flavors from around the globe, Café Lee’s 2025 restaurant schedule promises a culinary adventure each week.
