Update

A Butler Tech Alumni stands in front of a brick wall with a large sign reading "Butler Tech." They are holding a helmet and wearing a dark uniform. The sun casts shadows on the wall, reminiscent of Thomas Hall, known for his journey from student to State Representative.

Butler Tech celebrates State Representative Thomas Hall, who recently completed the Fire I and Fire II Professional (240 level) Certification test, officially joining the ranks of Butler Tech alumni. As a strong advocate for Butler Tech, Rep. Hall’s accomplishment reflects his dedication to serving and uplifting our community.

With months of intensive classroom lectures, tests, hands-on training, and real-life simulations under his belt, Rep. Hall shared, “I am relieved to be done, but also grateful for the many great friends I made throughout this class. I always meet so many people with Butler Tech success stories, and now I can tell mine as a proud alumni! Butler Tech is a special place right here in Butler County.”Three firefighters, all Butler Tech Alumni in full gear, including helmets and protective suits, smile while crouching in front of a container with a small, controlled fire inside. The outdoor setting is bright and clear.

Serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives for the 46th District, which includes Monroe, Middletown, and New Miami, Rep. Hall continues to be a strong supporter of career technical education in Butler County. His journey to earning this certification exemplifies his commitment to lifelong learning and to giving back to his community. Congratulations, Rep. Hall, on this inspiring achievement!
