Butler Tech juniors interested in building their leadership skills, representing their programs and sharing their Butler Tech experience with others are invited to apply for the 2026–2028 Student Ambassador program.
Student Ambassadors make a two-year commitment to serve as representatives of their programs, campuses and Butler Tech. Throughout the experience, students have opportunities to welcome future students and families, lead campus tours, assist with Career Days and other district events, connect with business and community leaders, and strengthen their communication, professionalism and leadership skills.
Students do not need to already see themselves as leaders to apply. Butler Tech is looking for students who are dependable, willing to grow, proud to represent their programs and comfortable building connections with others.
How to Apply
The Student Ambassador application is completed through a video application. Students should be prepared to answer four questions:
- What is your name, program and homeschool?
- Why did you choose Butler Tech?
- What are your plans after Butler Tech?
- Why do you want to be a Student Ambassador?
Before submitting the application, students should watch and listen to each video response to make sure their camera and microphone are working properly and their responses can be clearly seen and heard.
Applications are open now and must be submitted by midnight Friday, Sept. 25, 2026.
