Mrs. Tuttle-Huff was found at D. Russel Lee in the Culinary Arts/Tech Prep Program during fish and shellfish week.

Alongside the students, she learned how to de-beard mussels and shuck clams and oysters. The fabrication of live lobsters was the highlight of the senior lab!

The fresh fish and shellfish were served on Thursday the 2nd of February in the student operated restaurant, Café Lee.
