LEGAL NOTICE

The Board of Education for Butler Technology and Career Development Schools of Butler County, Ohio, is requesting sealed proposals for the 2026 D. Russel Lee Electrical Lab.

Sealed proposals must be delivered to the receptionist desk at the front entrance of the Educational Resource Center, 3605 Hamilton-Middletown Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, no later than 10 a.m. EST on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will be held at 10 a.m. EST on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the D. Russel Lee building, 3603 Hamilton-Middletown Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.

The Request for Proposal may be obtained beginning March 19, 2026, at butlertech.org/bids.
