First Butler Tech Adult Practical Nursing Class of 2019

Finding their Passion and Purpose The first Butler Tech Adult Practical Nursing class of 2019 is full of 32 ambitious students looking to further their healthcare career in one of the fastest growing industries.

At orientation, instructor Melanie Kiep talked about the importance of the students supporting one another throughout the 11-month program. This shouldn’t be an issue for sisters Samantha and Mackenzie Beltz who are taking this big step in their lives together.
Not only is this the first Adult Education PN Class of the year, but it is also the first class to receive Chromebooks. Butler Tech is always looking for ways to implement technology for students to further help them succeed once they’re in the workforce. This class is the first in a pilot program to receive Chromebooks to use throughout their course training, and that they keep once they complete the course.

Special thanks to the Butler Tech IT Department for working hard to make this happen and helping students to succeed!
