Come and grow with us.  Medical manufacturing company in Springboro, Ohio is undergoing a major expansion and is hiring!  We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative, (Monday-Friday  8:00 am - 5:00 pm).  If you have a passion for excellence then we'd like to talk to you.

The Customer Service Representative provides customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery information; responds to general inquiries from customers; calls customers and sales personnel to provide updated information; manages time properly and prioritizes responsibilities to complete day-to-day tasks; takes on any additional functions related to customer service; adheres to high ethical standards of business in all aspects of the job, but especially toward customers. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and/or Excel, as well as, previous customer service/call center experience strongly preferred.  Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and order entry is a plus.  We are willing to train the right individual.  Minimum requirements include a high school diploma/GED.
