Do you have high school senior in Butler County or Northwest Local School District who is currently on an IEP and may not be ready for the next step toward independence and employment? Butler Tech is currently accepting applications for their transition to work programs, Project SEARCH and Project LIFE.

These programs are designed for students with disabilities, ages 18-21, who have met their high school graduation requirements, but who are in need of additional education and training leading to future employment. Applications must be submitted in collaboration and agreement with the applicant’s high school IEP (Individualized Education Program) team. We are proud to have a 90% entry level, job placement rate for students that have successfully completed our programs.

Applications are due in December. You can receive an application from your current school district’s IEP case manager.
