The 2025 Apprenticeship Day brought together students and industry professionals for a day of career exploration, networking, and hands-on learning. With over 90 students in attendance from Precision Machining, Welding, Construction, Aviation, and the Bioscience Center, the event provided valuable insights into apprenticeship opportunities and pathways to high-demand careers.
Apprenticeship Day serves as a platform for students to engage directly with employers and apprenticeship programs that offer a combination of paid, on-the-job training and classroom instruction. Representatives from 12 business partners shared information on job outlooks, training programs, and the skills needed to succeed in their fields.
