Cintas can normally accommodate all special needs seating at the commencement ceremonies. These needs are typically handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Simply have your party state their need for accessible seating to one of the ushers and they will direct or escort your party to the best available seating that fits their needs.
All spectators are required to wear face coverings or masks at all times.
Senior students will arrive to the West (Kohlhepp Auxiliary Gym) Entrance.
All family or guests of senior students will enter at the main (South) entrance of Cintas Center. Landmarks on this side of the building include three flag poles and a statue of the Xavier University mascot, D’Artagnan the Musketeer.
Cintas Center will open for public access no earlier than 60 minutes prior to the ceremony. All spectators and guests will enter from the main/south doors from the Sedler Plaza and pass through a magnetometer. There is no general admission seating as all seats require a reserved ticket.
No bags will be permitted except for clear bags and small clutch purses. No broadcast-style cameras will be allowed in the arena. For more information and a list of prohibited and approved bags, please visit www.GoXavier.com/ClearBag. Balloons, air horns, and noisemakers are not permitted.
