Furthing Education
Students can and have went onto further their education in the machining area by attending two and four year colleges. Students can receive degrees in Engineering and also receive teaching degrees in manufacturing programs.
Students in state approved machinist and tool and die maker’s apprenticeship programs will need to achieve a two or four year degree in manufacturing classes. Some of the local schools students attend to achieve these degrees are:
